Ingredients:
- Two cans of Americana mushrooms Pieces and Stems (400g)
- One diced medium onion
- Half a stick of butter
- Four cups of cooked white or basmati rice
- Soy sauce
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Half a cup of sliced green onions
Directions:
- Sautee the mushrooms, onions (regular) in butter in a pan until soft.
- Stir in rice, soy sauce and green pepper.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook until warm.
